Labor, man, Labor! Labor the 10 works of Heraklês!
Indulge the mind with the curule chair,
Distinguish the wealthy by purple,
Solidify the paterfamilias,
Divide the people by tribes and curiae,
Draw up tribunes and curiones,
Grant the aristocrats a senate,
Bestow a more common senate,
Allow subjects as lesser civis,
And of course worship Heraklês!
Consolidate tyranny by killing the other.
That’s another two:
Stand your ground to the Sabines,
Coincide with the Etruscans.
I present’th to you,
King Romulus!
What I have brought to you is new.
And it will flood the world.
